This document states the terms of placing orders and the terms of services provided by the On-line Store magictraders.eu. Placing the order is equivalent with accepting these terms.
General conditions and terms of service

Orders can be placed only at the On-line Store.
Orders can placed 24 hours a day, every time of a year.
Orders placed on working days after 3 PM, on saturdays, sundays and on holidays will be fulfilled on the next workday.
Execution of an order commences when payment is deposited on the account (in case of money transfer payment or on-line transfer payment).
To place an order it is required to complete all steps in the On-line Store order procedure. Clients are notified via e-mail when the order is accepted. Orders not confirmed during the 48 hours after placing are not accepted.
Orders confirmed by the client cannot be cancelled.
Order form filled incorrectly is invalid.
The prices are listed in polish zlotys and include VAT.
In case of shortage of the product, the buyer is notified and informed about the due delay. The buyer is entitled to cancel the order or the part of the order responsible for the delay.
Confirmation of the transaction (an invoice or receipt) is enclosed to the consignment. Buyers liable for VAT will be asked to deliver the registration form.
Costs of delivery are paid by the client.
Methods of payment and delivery is in accordance with the methods indicated in the order form.
The client should ascertain the content of the consignment in the presence the deliverer.
In accordance with the Act of march 2, 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on the Liability for Damage caused by Dangerous Products (ustawa z dnia 2 marca 2000 r. o ochronie niektórych praw konsumentów oraz o odpowiedzialności za szkodę wyrządzoną przez produkt niebezpieczny), art.2, ust.1 products can be returned within 10 days, in accordance with art.10 of the Act. To return a product it is essential to contact the number +48 668 75 00 38 to establish terms of the return. Products should be returned in its original pack.
An invoice or receipt should be included to the returned product.
The Store repays the equivalence of the price of the product. Repayment is transferred to the account indicated by the buyer or via mail transfer within five workdays from the date of the delivery of the returned products.
Costs of returning of the product are not repayed.
The Store reserves the right to remove any product from the stock.

The Store is liable to personal data protection in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (ustawa "O ochronie danych osobowych" z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r.).
Terms of complaints
Complaint is based on the confirmation of the transaction (an invoice or receipt).
The costs of returning the product are paid by the buyer.
Complaints are investigated and answered within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product
Differences resulting from the personal computer settings are not basis of a complain.
Only manufacturer-made defects can be the basis of a complaint.
Placing an order in the magictraders.eu store equals accepting the above terms. In cases not included in these terms, civil law, Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on the Liability for Damage caused by Dangerous Products and Act on the Protection of Personal Data apply.
